Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING:

• We currently do not ship outside the U.S. 
• The shipping cost for all states will be $8.95.
• Free shipping on all orders over $75.
• Shipping 3-7 days. A tracking number is provided. 
• FedEx Overnight * 1-2 business days $19.95 (Special request notes require!) 

PICKUP:

We will be available for free pick up Monday-Saturday 9-5, and on Sunday from 10:30am - 5PM, once order is completed we will reach out to you for pick up (near 50310), or with one day notice pick up at any local vendor event.  Most orders are filed with in 24 hours or less. (Feel free to Call, Text, or Dm us)

Local Delivery (Des Moines, Iowa Only):

$5 delivery fee, 1-3 days, Local Des Moines orders only. Same day rush order needs to be noted in order comments. We need 2 hours to process order. All deliver or pick up orders will take place after 4pm. (Feel free to Call, Text, or Dm us)

DAMAGES:

Kaysbeautyjourney.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, notify us, then please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

RETURN POLICY: 

We do not return or refund we will replace your order if anything is wrong. We want to make sure that we are sending out our best quality. If you receive a defective product contact us within 14 days with details of the team concern. We will require 1 to 3 weeks to investigate and replace.

PROCESSING POLICY: 

All orders will be filled within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If the product is out of stock it could take up to 3 weeks.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

BOOKING POLICY: 

All appointments require 50% deposit upon booking, no price or date is guaranteed without booked on the website. Weddings final payment needs to be paid 2 weeks before date of service. All other appointments need to be paid the date of service. A final total and payment link will be sent to you in your service confirmation msg.

Rescheduling and Cancellation POLICY: 

50% booking deposit is not refundable but can be replaced with a one-time reschedule booked within 30 days. $15 Late fee will be implemented after 15 mins. Appointment will be canceled after 45 mins and no deposit refund. Feel free to contact us with special requests or any questions.

Travel fee:

Our business is 100% mobile and we travel for any occasion, if you are in iowa we charge $1.00 per mile. We do travel out of town our travel rate starts at $65 per hour, plus service cost. 

Business hours:

Monday - Saturday we are available from 9-5 and Sunday we are available 10-5. We do offer out of business hours accommodations for an addl fee. $25 per hour we are needed before business hours. $30 fee for anything after hours.

Split payment options with PayPal 4 pay. We accepts all major credit or debit cards, Visa, Master, Discover. Paypal pay. Google pay. Offline payments via Cash App is available (Cash App name $Kaysbeautyjourney)
